What RepForge is
RepForge is a strength training app for people who want structure without turning the gym into a second job. It combines workout planning, session logging and evidence-informed feedback in one focused system for iPhone and Apple Watch.
It can suggest a sensible place to start, adapt sessions to your equipment and experience, and help you spot when productive work is drifting into junk volume. The app suggests; you decide.
Built around the work
01
Build strength workouts around your equipment, experience, preferences and available time—not around an influencer's calendar.
02
Check the next exercise, adjust weight, sets, reps and rest, then move through the session without keeping your iPhone in your hand.
03
Review training volume and progression with feedback designed to distinguish useful work from effort that merely looks impressive.
04
Import workout history from Hevy or Strong CSV files, and export your RepForge data whenever you want.
05
With your permission, RepForge can use relevant Apple Health data to add context to your training. You stay in control of what is shared.
06
No follower counts, public workout theater or mandatory profile. RepForge is about your training, not content consumption.
Private by design
RepForge does not require registration or a login. Workout data, meals and settings are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, your backup remains in your personal iCloud account.
Try it before deciding
Full access requires RepForge Pro through a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Eligible new annual subscribers can start with a 14-day free trial.
