Privacy Policy

RepForge is designed as a private workout logging app. This policy explains what data the app handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Data RepForge Handles

Depending on the features you use, RepForge may store and process the following information on your device and, where Apple services are enabled, through Apple-provided storage and sync systems:

  • Workout logs, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, dates, and related training notes.
  • Body measurement entries such as body weight, body fat percentage, or circumference measurements if you choose to enter them.
  • App preferences such as units, theme, workout presets, notification settings, and training preferences.
  • Purchase entitlement state used to unlock RepForge Pro features.
  • Apple Health data only if you explicitly grant Health permissions in iOS.

Apple Health

If you grant Apple Health access, RepForge may read or write supported workout and body-related data to provide Health integration features. You can manage or revoke Health permissions at any time in the iOS Health app or iOS Settings. RepForge does not use Health data for advertising.

Purchases and Subscriptions

RepForge Pro purchases, subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through StoreKit and your Apple ID. RepForge receives transaction and entitlement information from Apple to determine whether Pro access is active.

How Data Is Used

RepForge uses app data to provide and improve core functionality, including workout logging, progress analysis, reports, reminders, presets, app settings, Pro access, troubleshooting, and optional Apple Health integration.

Sharing

RepForge does not sell your personal data. Data may be handled by Apple when you use Apple services such as StoreKit, iCloud, CloudKit, Apple Health, App Store subscriptions, diagnostics, or device backups. Apple's handling of that data is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and settings.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, RepForge may schedule local reminders on your device based on your preferences and workout activity. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings or inside the app where available.

Retention and Deletion

Workout data and preferences remain stored until you delete them in the app, uninstall the app, delete associated Apple storage where applicable, or use export/delete tools that may be provided by RepForge. Subscription records are managed by Apple and may remain available through your Apple ID purchase history.

Your Choices

  • You can manage subscriptions in App Store account settings.
  • You can revoke Apple Health access in iOS Settings or the Health app.
  • You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
  • You can export app data where RepForge provides export tools.
  • You can delete local app data by deleting the app or using in-app deletion tools where available.

Children

RepForge is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the issue.

Security

RepForge uses platform-provided security features where appropriate, including Apple frameworks for purchases, Health permissions, and local device storage. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so you should also protect access to your device and Apple ID.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as RepForge evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
