Apple Standard EULA
RepForge is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless a separate custom end-user license agreement is provided, your use of RepForge is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Using RepForge
RepForge is a workout logging, progress tracking, and training guidance app. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use the app during training.
Fitness and Health Disclaimer
RepForge is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for professional guidance. Exercise involves risk, including injury. You should consult a qualified medical or fitness professional before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have a health condition, injury, pain, or any concern about exercise safety.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms.
RepForge Pro, Subscriptions, and Purchases
RepForge may offer paid access through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases using Apple's in-app purchase system.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled according to Apple's App Store subscription rules.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Free trials or introductory offers, when available, are governed by Apple and may only be available to eligible users.
- Prices, durations, renewal terms, and available plans are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
Lifetime Purchase
If offered, a lifetime purchase provides access to the covered RepForge Pro features for the lifetime of the RepForge app, subject to these Terms, Apple's App Store rules, technical availability, and any changes required by law or platform requirements.
Privacy
Your use of RepForge is also governed by the RepForge Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse RepForge, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer parts of the app where prohibited by law, abuse purchase flows, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
RepForge, including its design, branding, text, features, and app content, is owned by the developer or licensed for use in the app. These Terms do not grant you ownership of RepForge or its content.
Availability and Changes
RepForge may change over time. Features, content, pricing, and availability may be modified, added, or removed. We aim to keep paid functionality useful and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every future device, operating system, or App Store requirement.
No Warranty
RepForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every individual training goal.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RepForge, including training decisions, data loss, device issues, or inability to access the app.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as RepForge evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
