Allowed

Share pieces you created or are authorized to share. Use a handle and visible name that do not mislead people about your identity or affiliation with another person, brand or team. Add images and text relevant to the creative experience.

Not allowed

Do not publish:

  • pornography, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving children, threats, graphic violence or instructions to commit crimes;
  • harassment, hate, discrimination, humiliation, doxxing, impersonation or personal data about another person;
  • images of other people, children, private spaces or third-party material without sufficient authorization;
  • spam, advertising, scams, malware, malicious links or coordinated campaigns to manipulate likes;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademarks, designs, publicity or privacy rights; or
  • attempts to evade filters, manipulate review requests, access other people’s records or abuse automation.

Moderation, reports and blocking

Submissions may be automatically filtered and held for review. We may reject, hide, remove or limit a piece or profile, and block authors, when they breach these rules, the law or Apple policies, or when needed to protect the community.

You can report a piece from its action menu in the app. For urgent cases or intellectual-property complaints, email contact@joeblacksmith.com with the piece link or identifier and a short explanation. We assess reports reasonably and proportionately. We do not promise that every violating item will be removed immediately, but reports will be reviewed.

You can also block an author from the app. Blocking changes your view of the feed; it does not guarantee that content disappears from every system and does not prevent moderation action.

Removal and intellectual property

Authors can request removal of their publication from their profile when the feature is available. For an intellectual-property complaint, include your identity, the work involved, the specific publication, an explanation of your rights and a good-faith statement. We may request additional information before acting.

Users can delete their Community profile and associated data from the in-app account controls. Deletion may not remove records that must be retained for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or dispute handling.
